Identified a crucial challenge in promoting users to share reviews of past marathons conducted through the platform.
Target Users

User Research
Through primary research, it became evident that users often forget to add reviews post-race. However, adding reviews could significantly benefit others in evaluating the value of the organizers and the quality of the race.

Ideation
How might we?
How might we add race review input?
How might we create reviews option which will inspire users to interact?
How might we give brief idea about the past events?
How might we promote users to increase reviews?
How might we maintain reviews for target audience?
Brainstorming ideas
A race review button to be added on homepage.
Adding race review button at nav bar.
Designing a race review card featuring race ratings and user reviews, strategically placed on the homepage for maximum visibility.
User Flow
After finalizing to go with a card as a first input on home screen, I created a user flow for a clearer idea about how users will be navigating through screens.

Conceptualization
I started creating low-fi concepts for primary use cases. After having a go-ahead from the product manager, developers, and stakeholders on the mockups, we began to conduct usability tests with the low-fidelity mockups.
